One day is not enough...
Our freedoms are inherent in this country. By the people, of the people, for the people.
Our men and women of the armed forces help to insure those inherent rights through sacrifice of their person. They are those who stand tall in service to the people of our Republic.
We here at the Livingston Lantern will be celebrating our veterans and lost soldiers the entire month of June.
We ask you to participate in acts of kindness for our veterans and their families.
While the sour faced suits of the Military Industrial Complex see these brave men and women as nothing more than numbers. Pawns in their "game" of chess, to steal from and divide into in-fighting factions; WE see them as great grandfathers, grandfathers, mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters.
One day will never be ENOUGH.
Please remember those that lost their lives while the "people that rule us" sleep soundly in their mansions. While they build their bank accounts from our hard work and ingenuity. While they murder our families in the name of WAR.
We will NEVER FORGET.

May God grant us strength to endure what is in front of us. May God grant us grace for our past indiscretions. God please help those blind and deaf to see and hear. Please protect our soldiers. Please provide their families with the comfort of Faith in You, in Jesus' name we pray,
